Employment Pathway Fund

Our Employment Pathway Fund helps you improve your skills and abilities, or overcome barriers that are holding you back from gaining employment

Depending on which stream service that you are placed in and your particular needs, Complete Personnel is able to provide limited funding from our Employment Pathway Fund to help you improve your skills and abilities, or overcome barriers that are holding you back from gaining employment.

The Employment Pathway Fund can assist with payment for: training courses, interview clothing, transport, safety equipment, work clothing, licenses and financial incentives to employers for employing you in ongoing work.

Assistance from the Employment Pathway Fund is provided at the discretion of Complete Personnel and not every job seeker will need this assistance. In some cases it may be more appropriate for job seekers to access other funding sources available through the Government. In these cases your Employment Advisor will be able to discuss these options with you and provide information on how to gain access to those funding sources if needed.(Conditions and eligibility criteria apply)
