Our Disability Employment Services
Complete Personnel is providing Disability Management Service as part of the new Disability Employment Services recently introduced by the Australian Government.
Disability Management Service is designed for job seekers with a disability, injury or health condition who require assistance with training, work experience and other initiatives which will help them to gain and maintain suitable employment.
Our friendly and experienced staff can help you to help yourself through:
- working with you every step of the way by getting to know you and your individual circumstances
- helping you to connect with local employers, Registered Training Organisations and health services
- assistance in accessing training, skills development, work experience and other initiatives
- work with you to overcome barriers to employment and establish short and long-term goals
- assist you with looking for work skills such as; developing a résumé, job interview skills and advice on job applications
- approaching local employers on your behalf to find a position that suits you, as well as helping employers access a range of financial support, workplace modifications and awareness training.
We also have a number of tools available to us that will assist you to gain and maintain suitable employment which includes:
Wage Subsidy Scheme
A negotiated amount of funds available to assist the employer with your wages and items required to commence employment.
Support Wage System
Supported wage system allows employers to pay a productivity-based wage which has been independently assessed to determine fair pay for fair work.
Employment Assistance Fund
Provides financial assistance for work-related modifications, special equipment and services. It also provides financial assistance for awareness training.
Training
Available through Registered Training Organisations including access to the Productivity Places Program where you can gain new or upgrade existing qualifications.
Flexible Ongoing Support
Complete Personnel will continue to provide ongoing support after you have commenced employment. Support is flexible to allow us to support your individual needs and requirements.
