Pre-employment Training

We specialise in the development and delivery of pre-employment training programmes to prepare Indigenous job seekers to gain and retain employment specific to our client’s needs.

While each training course is unique, core learning modules include personal development, time management and Occupation Health and Safety.  These core modules are enhanced with specific skills training modules that target the needs of industry – for example, forklift, confined space or frontend loader competencies.

Part of our service includes sourcing government funds to assist with the delivery of training programmes – saving our client’s time and money.
