The use of our on-hire staffing service provides a flexible and cost-effective staffing solution for your business.

You get access to skilled staff when you need them, for the duration that you want them and they are on our payroll, not yours. Our on-hire employees are available on a day-to-day basis, for the period of a special project or you can even outsource all or part of your workforce.

Dedicated Account Manager

Our starting point is to understand your business so that we can match the right on-hire employee to meet your specific needs. This foundation, combined with our superior candidate attraction and selection strategies, on-hire employee management, and account management capabilities means that you can be assured of the highest quality on-hire staffing service. From the outset, we assign a dedicated client account manager who will be your principle point of contact for all recruitment, OH&S, administrative and service delivery needs.

On-Hire Recruitment Methodology

At Complete Recruitment we have hundreds of on-hire employees on assignment every week and each and every one of them has been through our stringent selection process. All are comprehensively inducted and are monitored under our performance management system.

Assignment Evaluation

Once an on-hire employee is placed on assignment our evaluation and partnering quality control procedures are put into place. We make contact during the first day to ascertain your assessment of the on-hire employee’s performance and satisfaction with our service. This process continues throughout the duration of the assignment with regular site visits, quality surveys and telephone check-ups.

Any performance or service issues identified will be acted upon immediately. Should it be necessary our Account Manager will undertake an on-site performance appraisal.

Open 24 hours

Our on-hire staffing service is available 24 hours, 7 days per week in order to cater for your needs and any urgent Occupational Health and Safety issues. If you require this service please advise your Account Manager who will inform you of the process.

Pricing Structure

Our on-hire staffing pricing structure is based on the occupation, location and duration of the position that you require. As the legal employer of the on-hire employee our on-hire staffing charge rates are inclusive of the following direct costs and protections:
• Wages
• Superannuation
• Workers Compensation Levy
• Payroll Taxation
• Public Liability Insurance
• Professional Indemnity Insurance (where applicable)
• OH&S Induction.

We are confident that we can provide a highly competitive price that is cost effective for you, while ensuring that our recruitment methodology and service is not compromised.

A fully inclusive hourly rate will be quoted upon request.

Temporary to Permanent

The quality of the on-hire staff that we supply means that they regularly receive offers of permanent employment from host employers while on assignment. Some clients choose to use our on-hire staffing service as a way to evaluate potential employees on the job prior to committing to placing them in a permanent position on their payroll. Regardless of the reason, if you hire one of our on-hire staff on a permanent basis before the agreed transfer milestone, we offer a pro-rata placement fee.

Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee on all on-hire staffing placements. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the on-hire employee who is assigned to your job order, we will replace the person immediately and you will not be charged for the initial on-hire employees hours provided you notified us within 4 hours.

Occupational Health and Safety

Complete Recruitment is committed to providing all employees with a safe workplace. We believe that OH&S is a shared responsibility between host employers, on-hire employees and Complete Recruitment.
To fulfill our obligations we ensure that our on-hire employees are qualified to undertake the role and are provided with a comprehensive pre-placement induction. In addition we conduct regular worksite and job safety assessments, verify the host employer’s induction and maintain open communication with all parties regarding OH&S.
